I thought this was a great question which I don't think we have discussed in the group yet, so I thought I would write a post on all of the ways our bodies tell us that we have waste built up and that our diet is not appropriate.

Now we could all say, I feel fine, or I feel better than I did on my previous diet but that is subjective and doesn't tell us anything about whether disease is growing inside. Since most, if not all of us have been mis-fed since shortly after birth and we have been injected and subjected to chemicals our entire lives there is not one person on this planet who could objectively say I feel the best I possibly can. We have simply never experienced true health and a fully clean terrain ever in our life, so we have no basis to form this judgment accurately.

So instead we must look to our own body to tell us what is going on and surprisingly our bodies actually give us a window to our interior state in many ways.

To start we have the early signs of dis-ease:

# Body Odor
# Acne
# Constipation/Diarrhea – One meal in, One meal out, so if you eat 3 meals a day you should have 3 bulky, well formed stools which exit cleanly (without the need for toilet paper)
# Bad Breath
# Plaque on Teeth
# Cavities
# Liver Spots (brown spots on the skin, often on the face)
# Dark circles under the eyes
# Lines or creases in the forehead between the eyebrows
# Sagging skin
# Mottled or rough looking skin
# Pale/Yellow or Gray skin
# Temperature sensitivities
# Sun burns
# Wounds that are slow to heal
# Swollen hands, feet or ankles
# Swollen face/head
# "Allergies"
# Headaches

I'm sure there are others I missed but this gives you an idea of some of the signs that we can look for in our bodies. But what about more specifically what Organ or Gland is being most compromised? Can we find a more detailed report of our inner terrain on the outside of our body? 

YES!

There are 3 primary ways that we can see inside our body and get a good idea of the state of our current terrain. Teeth, Face, Eyes.

Chinese Medicine offers us the tooth chart attached below. Each tooth is connected by hundreds of nerves and blood vessels to various organs in the body. Cavities, deformations, graying or yellowing of the tooth can all indicate a problem brewing within.

Face Mapping can show us trouble zones as well. Wrinkles, Acne, Brown Spots in various areas of the face will tell you where the terrain is most troubled.

But as they say, “The eyes are the windows to the soul.” Our eyes give us the most detailed and accurate information about our internal terrain. We can see drug deposits, damaged lungs, the state of our bowels, kidneys, liver, brain. We can see a broken bone as it occurs show up in the iris of our eyes as a black mark. And as the bone heals we can watch the black mark fade. We can assess our current terrain and then as we change our diet we can witness how our eyes clear up as our terrain cleans and body heals.
