The mission of this wiki is to teach and empower people with the Terrain physiology principles of health, based on the principles of Natural Hygiene. Terrain Physiology and Natural Hygiene teaches that the health of your terrain is determined by your overall lifestyle—never by a microscopic bogeyman. How one primarily achieves a clean or dirty terrain is always determined by your diet. That’s right—your health is solely in your control. You are the only one responsible for your health and nobody else.
