The mission of this wiki is to teach and empower people with the Terrain Model principles of health, based on the principles of Natural Hygiene. Terrain Model/Natural Hygiene teaches that the health of your terrain is determined by your overall lifestyle—never by a microscopic bogeyman. How one primarily achieves a clean or dirty terrain is always determined by your diet. That’s right—your health is solely in your control. You are the only one responsible for your health and nobody else. What you choose to consume three times per day, every single day, is what is going to lead to either a clean, healthy terrain or a clogged, dehydrated, and diseased terrain every single time. No amount of supplements, herbs, tinctures, oils, probiotics, or medications is going to aid in a clean terrain; those products will only get in the way of the body trying to heal itself.
We are here to tell you that you no longer need to give your power away and blame things for your health that you cannot control; your health is in your hands and always has been.
This understanding of health goes against the hundreds of years of indoctrination that has developed in our society. Naturally it will take a great effort in shifting one’s mentality to think in terms of Terrain Model/Natural Hygiene. In order to help with that process we’ve compiled some articles and files that discuss these principles. In order to keep the flow of comments relative to the group we ask that you please familiarize yourself with Terrain Model/Natural Hygiene teachings by reading at least 5 or 6 of the 15 articles listed below.
Although we only ask that you read at least 6 links out of the 15 listed, reading all 15 of them will help you build a great, solid foundation of the Terrain Model principles.
At the end of this list are two links for additional reading as well as an FAQ’s that you can use to build upon the foundation of the recommended files.
Happy Reading!
